• Currently we only ship in New Zealand however we are working to change this so everyone can enjoy our products.

• We will have your order dispatched within 3 days of it being placed. Delivery times once dispatched will vary on your location. 
• With our custom engraving please allow up to 5 days 
• Shipping times can vary depending on location and size of your order but we aim to get everything out as soon as possible 

• The shipping rate is calculated at checkout and depends on the size of your order. The maximum cost of shipping will never exceed $19.95 NZD

How do I apply my labels?

• Your labels are made of vinyl and require a clean dust and moisture free surface before applying, so be sure to give the surface a wipe. Make sure you press them on firmly and evenly. Gently peel back the application tape leaving your vinyl label on your jar. Please note we are not accountable for incorrect application of your labels and no refund can be given for them.

Can I wash my Jars with the labels on?

• Yes of course but to ensure the label stays on we recommend only to gentle hand wash your jars and never use the dishwasher. Keep in mind your labels take 24 hours to set before they are waterproof.

Can I return my product?

• Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind. 
• If your goods are damaged or faulty upon arrival we offer 100% refund or replacement on the damaged goods. You must email sales@ecorituals.co.nz including your order number and photos of your damaged goods. This must be done within 2 days of receiving your goods. Thereafter Eco Rituals is not liable for any damages to your items.
